General Information: What will I learn in this course?
This program is intended to give you a powerful new set of tools for your training toolbox with the use of heavy ropes. It is a complete strength and conditioning program like no other. One of the key benefits of integrating battling ropes into a workout program is the ability to sustain velocity over time. In this case, velocity is the combination of speed and strength, so one will become stronger and faster when following the system. The system can be used as a stand-alone system or be implemented into other training methods. As a coach or trainer, you will find that the Battling Ropes is very safe, it produces great results, and it has an easy learning curve. Keep in mind that each client is an individual with unique needs and goals. Additionally, a knowledge of their personal physical/medical history should contribute to your design of their individualized treatment plan.Course Format: How is this course structured?
